Key membership requirements and guidelines for ANTS members

This is a summary of our key terms and conditions. For complete details, please refer to our Terms of Service.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ANTS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

2 Key Membership Requirements

Meeting Commitments

  • 2 Physical meetings and 2 Virtual meetings per fortnight
  • Physical meetings: 09:00 AM to 10:44 AM
  • Monthly ANTS Intro Seminar: Sundays, 09:00 AM to 01:44 PM

Time Commitment

  • 234 hours (approximately 10 days) annually for business development
  • Regular attendance at all meetings is mandatory

Financial Commitments

  • One-time non-refundable joining fee: Rs.33,300/-
  • Monthly meeting expenses: Rs.3,600/-
  • Payment due: On or before the 1st day of each month

3 Attendance Policy

Missing more than four consecutive meetings without prior information or failing to respond to our calls will be considered as a lack of interest. This may result in the opening of your membership and vertical for new members.

4 Code of Conduct

Members must:

  • Maintain professional behavior during all meetings and interactions
  • Respect confidentiality of business discussions
  • Actively participate in business development activities
  • Follow all guidelines and policies set by ANTS

5 Termination

ANTS reserves the right to terminate membership for:

  • Repeated absence from meetings without notice
  • Non-payment of monthly contributions
  • Violation of code of conduct
  • Any activity harmful to the ANTS community
